I am new to oracle apps, I have created new responsibility for order management and assigned to a new user, but i am not able to enter any thing in the sales order formevery thing is greyed out.
Can any one help me in the above context.

This is a very basis issue There are can be couple of reasons 1. The responsibility does not have the necessary form functions ; try with some other OM responsibility. 2. If you are in R12, then there is a chance that RBAC is used and you don't have the necessary roles. 3. Some form personaliztion might have been used The best person to answer your question would be your DBA.
